For agriculture-science equivalency program resources, click here. Science Assessment Framework The science assessment framework is benchmarked at the beginning of grades 4, 8, and 10. The document provides details about what students will be assessed on in science beginning in 2007-08. To obtain a copy, please click on Science Assessment Framework. Evolution Position Statement In 1982 the department released a position statement on the teaching of evolution in the science classroom. The department has just updated that statement.
